Crashed Chairs

I have only flown twice since I’ve been in my electric wheelchair, both times were on Southwest Airlines, both times they trashed my power chair beyond use. That is a pretty damn bad track record. Now, if I can’t drive there, I don’t go there. I have missed out on several family events as a result of their mishandling of my equipment. I traveled several times with my manual chair, before the power chair became a necessity, and never had any problems. The airlines never hesitated or delayed in paying for the repairs. Both incidents were about ten years ago.
