Demolishing Titanium?

I travel often, at least 1x month. Traveling from California to Chicago, Texas, DC, Europe, etc. My last trip to Chicago, on my return flight, my chair was demolished!!! Even though it was Titanium. How could it happen? Thank God I had a backup! I am still waiting on a replacement chair. In the meantime, I am struggling with my larger than normal, unaccommodating wheelchair. It’s like an able bodied person walking around with a rock in their shoes that doesn’t come off!! Please help me United Airlines. I cannot take this much longer!!! I wish I had more time to take more pictures, but they rushed me out of the staging area, only to wait to file a damage complaint.
